SHIPPING POLICY

Orders made within the United Kingdom are FREE and usually, take between 5 - 14 working days to be processed.
(This depends if we have the hair in stock or not) .

Please ensure your measurements are correct. If you require a custom wig size, please email us so we can arrange this for you
Note: Please avoid emailing the team for an update on your order as you will receive an update in due course. Allow the allocated delivery time before contacting us. If your order exceeds the allocated delivery time (which is very rare) or you are highly concerned, please contact yourreignhair@gmail.com immediately with your name, order number and hair order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURN POLICY
Reign Hair unfortunately does not offer refunds or an exchange. ALL sales are final with ALL our products on Reign Hair site. Please be sure of your selection before placing your order. No exchanges or refunds will be permitted. However, we do offer amendments within 8 hours of placing your order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your card company, as it may take some time to process the refund. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at yourreignhair@gmail.com
